Thank You to Town of Jay Employees
The Town of Jay Highway Department acted swiftly this past week to replace a failed culvert on AuSable Drive. Highway Superintendent Chris Sorrell promptly secured the necessary permits and, with guidance from the DEC, upgraded the culvert from 24 inches to 30 inches. The crew worked overnight to complete the replacement with minimal disruption to residents—thank you for your dedication and professionalism.

Over the holiday weekend, Paul Benway refinished the main hallway floors at the Community Center. By completing this work over the weekend, Paul ensured that the increased traffic was not disrupted. Thank you to everyone who continues to go above and beyond for the betterment of our community.
