SUPERVISOR’S WEEKLY UPDATE
The Town of Jay is happy to announce we were awarded the DEC Smart Growth Grant in the amount of $66,690 for our Comprehensive Plan Update. This grant will help fund the consultant for this project, which will cost around $75,000. I had a busy week with property owners, business owners, the Pride of Ticonderoga, and In-Site Architecture on Main Street Au Sable Forks last week. TOWN OF JAY SUPERVISOR’S WEEKLY UPDATE
Last week we held our regular monthly meeting at the Community Center. I gave updates about our current projects that are underway. The ADA upgrade at the Community Center is about 50% complete and we decided not to move forward with the snowmelt feature in the ramp.
