There are multiple board meetings in the Town of Jay this week. Wednesday 2/11, the Planning Board will be holding their regular planning board meeting at 6pm. This meeting is open to the public at the Community Center or online via GoTo Meeting: https://meet.goto.com/160692861
Thursday 2/12 at 6:45pm, the Town Board will be holding a public hearing at 6:45pm. The purpose of this public hearing will be to discuss Local Law No. 1 of 2026 – “A local law redefining income for persons 65 year of age or older to qualify for partial real property tax exemption” and whatever else may come before the board.
