CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Grant: We were awarded a $300,000 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), submitted on our behalf by the North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC). Essex County, NY Emergency Services is moving to a new notifications app. The Town of Jay will continue to use Voyent Alert for town related notifications. You can be enrolled in both apps to stay informed.
