Happy 4th of July! The Jay Volunteer Fire Department will be holding their annual 4th of July Celebration. Parade begins at noon on Route 9N beginning at the Upper Jay end of the hamlet and finishing at the Jay Fire Station. 2024 Community Center ADA Upgrade
July 24, 2024 Update: The Ramp, Automatic Door Openers and Lift to the second floor are all completed. July 9,2024 Update: Concrete stairs, landing and ramp completed along with all concrete sidewalks with control and expansion joints.
