Comprehensive Plan Update
Thank you to everyone who joined us on May 31 for our Comprehensive Plan Visioning Workshop, where great ideas were shared about the future of the Town of Jay. You can read the full report here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZONZN7BDP8Uj81iQJ0d9oVWqxKWlKuo3/view
One key takeaway was that we need more input from young families. To help gather that feedback, the Comprehensive Plan Special Board will be attending local events this summer to hear from you directly. Tomorrow, they’ll be at the 4th of July Celebration at the Jay Volunteer Fire Department. In August, look for them at the Jay Day Celebration on the Jay Village Green.
A second community survey is open now through August 15. You can take it online here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RQV7NKG
Paper copies will also be available at upcoming events or from the Town Clerk’s Office.
We look forward to hearing from you!
