Au Sable Forks Historic District Update
Last night, we held a Public Information Meeting about the proposed Au Sable Forks Historic District. Leslie Krupa from the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation (SHPO) led the meeting and explained the benefits of a historic district, including access to tax credits and funding opportunities.

A recording of the meeting can be found on our website at https://www.townofjayny.gov/meeting-minutes/ . Everyone located within the proposed district should have received or will soon receive a letter about this process. The district is scheduled to be reviewed by the State Historic Preservation Board in December.

If you have any questions, please contact Leslie Krupa at Leslie.Krupa@parks.ny.gov or call 518-469-5469.

Hope you have a great weekend,
Matt
