The Town of Jay, Essex County, NY, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from NYS-licensed professional engineering firms to provide design, bidding, construction administration, and closeout services for Water District Upgrades and a Town-wide Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Water Meter Project serving the Jay, Upper Jay, and AuSable Forks Water Districts.
The project is anticipated to be funded through NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation (NYSEFC) and WIIA grant funding and must comply with all applicable requirements.
SOQs are due by 2:00 PM, Friday, March 13, 2026 and must be submitted electronically at:
