NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Undersigned, on behalf of the Town of Jay, will accept sealed bids until April 16, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. for the following:
SEPTIC TANK RISERS AND COVERS
The bids shall be opened publicly and read aloud on April 16, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 11 School Lane, AuSable Forks, NY 12912.
Bids are available at: https://www.co.essex.ny.us/wp/bid. Bids may be mailed or delivered to: Carol Greenley-Hackel, Town Clerk, 11 School Lane, AuSable Forks, NY 12912.
All bids submitted in response to this notice shall be marked “SEALED BID – SEWER DEPT” clearly on the outside of the envelope with the name and address of the bidder.
Please contact the Town of Jay Office at (518) 647-2201 Ext 103 for additional information concerning the bidding. Specifications and standard proposals for the proposed work may be obtained at the above address.
