The Town of Jay will be holding a Special Board Meeting on Tuesday, January 20th at 7:00pm at the Community Center. The purpose of this meeting is to provide a presentation by Unconventional Concepts, Inc for the Town Board and property owners to learn about the proposed Howitzer testing site in Lewis.
