Grove Fields Open for the Season The Town of Jay Parks Department has been hard at work preparing the softball and baseball fields for the season. Notice from Tax Collector’s Office
As of today, May 1, 2025, all unpaid taxes have been turned over to Essex County Treasurer and are no longer payable at the Town of Jay.
