Grove Road Temporary Repairs Completed Yesterday, the Town of Jay Highway Department successfully completed the engineered temporary repairs on Grove Road, allowing it to reopen to one lane. This repair includes a jog in the lane to prevent large vehicles and tractor-trailers from using the 5-ton max repair section.
