Friday night I was able to stop into the new art exhibit at the Tahawus Cultural Center. This new exhibit titled “Autumn Through the Lens with Friends” is a collection of photos captured by local aspiring artists who spent a daylong workshop with Photographer, Rob Fountain. Over the weekend I was fortunate to be invited to the Upper Jay Fire Department Banquet. The work our volunteer fire departments do for our Community is nothing short of amazing. Last summer, I was able to get myself and the Town of Jay into the Cloudsplitter Grant Advisor Program based on a recommendation from Rebecca and Craig from the Tahawus Cultural Center.
