Kevin has been decorating Au Sable Forks for years and, this year, extended his efforts to Upper Jay. Highway Department Update: Last week, the Town of Jay Highway Department, in partnership with contractor Luck Brothers, completed paving 3.7 lane miles of town roads. Notable improvements included: Jay Mountain Road: A 1.35-mile section, from the intersection of Glen Road to 270 Jay Mountain Road, was repaved. This past week was our Regular Town Board Meeting for the month of November. The Town of Jay 2025 budget was adopted. Guest speaker, Russell DeFonce discussed his mediation services through the Rural Law Center of NY.
