The Comprehensive Plan Special Board recommends the Town Board to accept the bid from AES Northeast and to enter into a contract for them to be the consultant on the project. The Town Board approved the bids, and awarded the contract to AES Northeast to be paid by the DEC Smart Growth Grant and the balance to be paid for by Occupancy Tax Funds.

The Town of Jay opens bids for the Comprehensive Plan Update. Only one bid is received from AES Northeast in the amount of $72,000.

The Town of Jay posts an RFP to solicits bids for a consultant for the Comprehensive Plan Update. Bids are to be submitted by and opened on August 5. A recommendation will be made to the Town Board during the regular monthly meeting on August 8.
